something about deadlock didn't quite click with me when i first played it like a year ago but playing it again after a fair number of updates it just feels so much more fun now

i think the removal of a fourth lane and the shop rework helped alot. four lanes were kinda confusing and felt way less fun to manage and i could not figure out what the fuck i should get in the shop

when i was like 9 i remember reading that part in diary of a wimpy kid where greg talks about shel silverstein saying he looked like a scary creepy burglar and thinking shel silverstein was a fictional character. knowing now that he was a real life dude, that part is infinitely funnier to me
